A Post About Me
Well, here I am again. Attempting to do this thing they call blogging. I don't have a lot of direction about where I want to take this blog. I mean in the sense of what topic I want this blog to be about. You see, there are so many things that I have going on in my life, and so many things that are important to me on a daily basis that I do, or am interested in, or that I want to share that I can't confine it into a "box" or a specific category. Hopefully, y'all can bear with me and my many interests in life. ;) I am a single mom, Miss. T just turned 13 and Mr. E is 8 years old, they keep me pretty busy and quite literally keep me out of trouble. I work 2 jobs, I work as a full time receptionist by day, and work in Tim Hortons by night and on weekends. (I do get most Saturdays off - thank goodness!!) I have a lot of gut issues, which has left me lactose and gluten free, and I don't eat much for meat either, but, I love to cook and bake! I swear...
